I. Conditions for Refunds and Returns
If the fountain pen you receive suffers from quality defects, shipping damage, or does not match the order description, please contact Customer Service to submit a return request within 7 days of receipt. You must also provide supporting evidence (such as photos or videos). Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a return or refund.
For return requests unrelated to product quality, the item must be unused, have its original packaging intact, and remain in a condition suitable for resale; in such cases, the associated shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
II. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Supported
The item has been used or damaged due to human error;
The return request is submitted after the designated return period has expired;
The issue arose due to improper handling or failure to use the product in accordance with the provided instructions.
